Job summary

Plain Vanilla Bakery Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Baker/Pastry CDP to lead daily bread and pastry production, maintaining quality while controlling costs.

Candidates should have bread and pastry knowledge, a Certificate in Pastry & Bakery or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Shifts, weekends and public holidays are required. Location: 239 Pandan Loop #02-01, Food Concept @ Pandan, Singapore 128425.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as Baker or Pastry CDP.
• Experienced in production routines.
• Certificate in Pastry & Bakery or equivalent preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce daily bread and pastry items while controlling costs and ensuring quality.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items per sanitation standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Responsible for daily preparation and production of bread & pastry items while maintaining costs and ensuring consistency quality of bread & pastry products.
• Ensures proper handling and storage of all food items in accordance with standards and sanitation/health regulations.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements

• At least 3 – 5 years experience for Baker / Pastry CDP.
• Used to production routine.
• Have good knowledge in Bread & Pastry, and hold a Certificate in Pastry & Bakery or equivalent are more preferable.
