Job summary

KOMMUNITY PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a CDP Baker / Pastry to join our bakery team. You will bake breads, pastries, cakes to our recipes, maintain cleanliness, and ensure high quality presentations.

The role requires a passion for baking, ability to work fast-paced, willingness to learn, and team collaboration. Bakery experience is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure products are prepared consistently and presented to company standards.
• Measure, mix, shape, proof, bake, and decorate products as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bakery and workstations.
• Monitor ingredient and stock levels and report replenishment needs.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with product preparation, packing, labelling, and daily opening and closing duties.
• Support the kitchen team with general bakery operations as required.
