Job summary

Changi Airport Group seeks a dynamic High-Level Control Manager for its Baggage Handling System (BHS). You will oversee the High-Level Control (HLC) system, manage O&M contractors, and ensure peak performance and security across the BHS operations.

Responsibilities include risk analytics, trials, EOS/EOL planning, and close collaboration with cybersecurity consultants to meet regulations and Code of Practice, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing enterprise IT networks.
• CCNP certification or equivalent.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage BHS O&M contractor to ensure high availability and cybersecurity compliance.
• Analyze system data and use analytics to identify risks and improve performance.
• Lead trials and projects to enhance the BHS HLC system with new tech.
• Diagnose and resolve network and software issues; prevent recurrence.
• Oversee EOS/EOL planning for software and hardware upgrades.
• Define project requirements, procure resources, manage innovations.
• Implement Business Continuity Plans for BHS failures.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity consultants to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain ISO 27001 and CII Code of Practice adherence; conduct vulnerability assessments.
• Build relationships with authorities, agencies, vendors, and stakeholders.
