Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a shift-based role at the BHA to coordinate with the Baggage Coordinator and Engineering Baggage Control Room Supervisors, ensuring proper focus areas at the start of each shift.

The role requires managing daily GHA Manning for arrivals, departures and transfers, and preparing SitReps for the Baggage Coordinator. You will work with FM External to keep the BHA clean and report any facilities issues to FMC, while facilitating joint inspections with Airside

Qualifications

• Comfortable with shift work.
• Diploma level education required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Baggage Coordinator and Engineering Baggage Control Room Supervisors for shift focus at the BHA.
• Ensure daily manning levels of the GHA for arrivals, departures and transfers.
• Prepare and send reports/SitReps to the Baggage Coordinator.
• Ensure BHA cleanliness with FM External and other stakeholders.
• Report to FMC for facilities and cleaning issues.
• Facilitate Joint Inspections with stakeholders with Airside Support Officers or higher.
• Maintain close coordination with all stakeholders.
