The role emphasizes production-ready backend design, data pipelines, and AI evaluation frameworks with strong emphasis on performance, testing, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and building commercial/backend platforms.
• Strong programming ability; language-agnostic.
• Practical experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong grounding in concurrency, scalability and fault-tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade backend services powering business initiatives.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and aggregation.
• Build evaluation frameworks to monitor AI output quality before and after release.
• Own deployment and be the first point of contact for production issues.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders as the primary technical contact for your initiative.
• Advocate for performance optimization, automation, and strong test coverage (unit and integration).
