Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• Hands-on fullstack development with backend focus using Go or Python.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, relational databases, and caching systems.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools or evaluating new engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Own backend services and APIs from design through production, and contribute to frontend changes when needed to ship complete product features.
• Translate stakeholder needs into robust technical solutions and AI-powered product workflows spanning estimation, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop and integrate backend services and APIs with frontend applications, collaborating with product managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Leverage AI-native engineering practices, including AI-assisted development and agentic programming, to accelerate delivery with clean, well-tested code.
• Plan and support infrastructure, deployment, and operational readiness for new features and services.
• Continuously improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and developer efficiency.
