Job summary

Mindteck Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Specialist – Backend MHA (Material Handling Automation) / EAF (Equipment Automation Framework). This role provides technical engineering and implementation support for MHA projects, including software development, equipment integration, testing and ramp-up at the Singapore backend site.

You will deliver troubleshooting, technical consultancy, documentation and knowledge transfer, while coordinating with project contacts and vendors to ensure

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software development or factory automation.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer/Software Engineering or related fields.
• Experience with equipment integration and automation projects preferred.
• Ability to document work and report progress clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultancy for MHA/Backend topics across sites.
• Troubleshoot and provide first-level support for EAF components.
• Support onsite equipment integration, commissioning and ramp-up at Singapore site.
• Coordinate technical requirements with project contacts and vendors.
• Implement automation solutions per specifications and standards.
• Execute equipment automation activities involving TOS/ACM and SECS/GEM.
• Prepare technical docs, test evidence, guides and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Report progress, risks, issues and dependencies to project contacts.
