• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline related to automation/semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to learn automation technologies and semiconductor processes.
• Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily AMHS operations to ensure high system availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot equipment and system issues using structured problem-solving methods.
• Support preventive maintenance and recovery activities for AMHS equipment.
• Analyze equipment performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, facilities, IT, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Support equipment upgrades, new installations, and technology deployment projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Participate in factory support activities and critical event handling.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency and quality.
