Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultancy and troubleshooting support for MHA, EAF components, and cross-site integration issues.
• Support onsite equipment integration, commissioning, functional testing, and production ramp-up.
• Coordinate technical requirements and issue resolution with project teams, equipment suppliers, and MCS vendors.
• Implement approved automation solutions in accordance with technical specifications, architecture guidelines, and standards.
• Execute equipment automation activities involving TOS, ACM, and SECS/GEM SEMI standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, test evidence, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Track project deliverables, report technical risks and dependencies, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Comply with established quality management, environmental, safety, and health (ESH) requirements.

Role Overview

Experience in equipment integration, industrial automation, software testing, deployment, and production ramp-up.

Strong software troubleshooting and system integration skills.

Familiarity with EAF, MHA, or similar manufacturing automation platforms is preferred.

Knowledge of TOS, ACM, and SECS/GEM SEMI standards is an advantage.
