Job summary

Mindteck in Singapore is seeking a Technical Specialist to support Material Handling Automation (MHA) projects and Equipment Automation Framework (EAF) implementations at the semiconductor backend site.

The role covers software development, equipment integration, testing, troubleshooting, and ramp-up to ensure reliable manufacturing automation. 3–5 years in relevant fields are required, with knowledge of SECS/GEM, TOS/ACM, and cross-site integration.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in software development, factory automation, manufacturing IT, or semiconductor manufacturing systems.
Experience in equipment integration, industrial automation, software testing, deployment, and production ramp-up.

Responsibilities

Provide technical consultancy and troubleshooting support for MHA, EAF components, and cross-site integration issues.
Support onsite equipment integration, commissioning, functional testing, and production ramp-up.
Coordinate technical requirements and issue resolution with project teams, equipment suppliers, and MCS vendors.
Implement approved automation solutions in accordance with technical specifications, architecture guidelines, and standards.
Execute equipment automation activities involving TOS, ACM, and SECS/GEM SEMI standards.
Prepare technical documentation, test evidence, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge-transfer materials.
Track project deliverables, report technical risks and dependencies, and escalate issues when necessary.
Comply with established quality management, environmental, safety, and health (ESH) requirements.
