Job summary

BCG Singapore is seeking a Workplace Ambassador (Back-of-House) to ensure seamless facilities support and workplace services behind the scenes. You will coordinate with cleaning/maintenance teams, manage vendor relationships, and oversee office supplies while maintaining safety and quality.

The role involves supporting events, managing BOH operations, and ensuring smooth collaboration with the facilities and experience team in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in facilities operations or workplace services.
• Experience in a corporate office environment preferred.
• Strong vendor coordination and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily back-of-house operations for assigned levels.
• Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and safety teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and purchase orders.
• Monitor stock levels and procure office supplies.
• Support events, catering, and post-event activities.
• Maintain SharePoint trackers and routine reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Liaise with Building Management Office and client teams.
