Qualifications

• 2+ years of fast food leadership or training experience.

• Experience in kitchen operations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily kitchen operations and ensure timely food prep and service.
• Coordinate with scheduling to ensure proper staffing for shifts.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and adherence to food safety requirements.
• Coach and train BOH staff on SOPs and HACCP guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment upkeep; report malfunctions promptly.
• Communicate shift hand-offs and performance reports for continuous improvement.
