Optimum Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to lead email marketing, copywriting, content creation, and campaign analytics for its B2B technology portfolios. The role centers on delivering compelling publisher-facing communications, maintaining brand voice, and driving performance through data-driven insights.

This fixed-term contract supports product launches, video content, and calendar coordination, requiring at least 5 years in B2B tech marketing;

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of marketing copywriting, email marketing, or content marketing experience in B2B technology or SaaS.
• Strong writing and editing skills for publisher-facing communications, newsletters, and emails.
• Experience with email marketing analytics, campaign reporting, and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance copywriting, content development, and workflow.
• Webinar marketing and video script writing experience is a plus.
• Experience in mobile app monetization or publisher monetization is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and optimize newsletters, marketing emails, product updates, and campaign announcements.
• Develop copy tailored to B2B technology and SaaS audiences with consistent brand voice.
• Support email marketing campaigns from planning to execution and optimization.
• Use AI tools to generate ideas, refine copy, and improve writing efficiency while preserving quality.
• Monitor email campaign performance and provide actionable optimization insights.
• Coordinate video content: launch timelines, YouTube calendar, scripts, and approvals.
