CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to drive B2B marketing initiatives and strengthen brand presence in Singapore. You will own marketing campaigns, market research, customer engagement and performance analysis while partnering with the sales team to convert activities into opportunities.

The role requires 3–6 years of marketing experience in B2B/tech sectors, strong campaign management, and proficiency with Excel and BI tools.

Qualifications

3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably B2B/tech sectors.
Hands-on campaign planning, execution and lead generation experience.
Strong ability to analyse marketing data and measure results.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, promotions and events from concept to completion.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Develop targeted marketing initiatives for EV, robotics, biomedical and advanced tech sectors.
Manage and improve CRM/customer databases to support engagement.
Create and coordinate marketing materials and communications.
Track campaign performance and continuously improve effectiveness.
Collaborate with sales to generate quality leads and align activities.
Support customer engagement via email, phone and select face-to-face activities.
