Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in marketing campaign management, integrated marketing, or related field.
• Experience organising client-facing events and brand activations.
• Strong project management skills across multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
• Experience in creative production, social media marketing, media planning and marketing communications.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure performance, and derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns and projects, including budgeting and content development.
• Develop integrated marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
• Analyse campaign performance and audience insights to identify opportunities and ROI improvements.
• Manage media agencies, vendors, venues, and external partners for campaigns and events.
• Oversee creation of content for social media, digital platforms, employee advocacy, and leadership engagement.
• Plan and deliver virtual and physical marketing events, client-facing and livestreams.
• Coordinate media planning and placement with local and global teams for consistent execution.
• Develop communications strategies to strengthen brand positioning and public engagement.
• Track campaign performance using metrics like leads, opportunities, conversions, and cost per lead.
• Negotiate with agencies, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
