OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to support its B2B technology marketing, focusing on email marketing, copywriting, content creation, and campaign performance analytics.

The role involves developing engaging copy for newsletters and emails, optimizing campaigns with analytics, and coordinating video content and product launches with stakeholders. Fixed-term contract ending 28 July 2027.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing copywriting, email marketing, or content marketing in B2B tech or SaaS.
• Strong writing/editing skills for publisher-facing communications, newsletters, and marketing emails.
• Experience with email marketing analytics, campaign performance reporting, and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance copywriting, content development, and workflow efficiency.
• Experience in webinar marketing and video script writing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Email Marketing & Content Creation: write/edit newsletters, product updates, and campaign announcements; maintain brand voice.
• Email Marketing Analytics & Optimization: monitor open rates, CTRs, and engagement; run A/B tests; translate data into insights.
• Video Content & Launch Coordination: support product launch timelines and YouTube content calendar; review scripts and coordinate approvals.
