Job summary

Bells Institute of Higher Learning Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a B2B Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle from lead to funded training proposal. You will engage SME/MSME and enterprise clients, translating skilling needs into programmes from our catalogue and coordinating with Programme & Content and Delivery Ops to deliver commitments.

You will drive discovery, build proposals, and manage a credible pipeline in Zoho CRM while meeting revenue targets in a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience
• Own your pipeline end-to-end and close deals
• Comfortable in a CRM daily (Zoho CRM or equivalent)
• Strong discovery and consultative-selling instincts
• Clear written and spoken English; can present to stakeholders
• Self-starter energy in a lean, fast-moving team
• Eligible to work in Singapore

Responsibilities

• Run discovery and sales meetings with SME/MSME prospects
• Build and send proposals using our programme catalogue
• Own your pipeline end-to-end in Zoho CRM
• Advise on government-funded schemes to reduce costs
• Maintain current meeting outcomes and funnel data
• Coordinate with inside-sales and channel partners on handoffs
• Build relationships with decision-makers for repeat business
