OOM PTE. LTD. is a Singapore-based training provider seeking a driven corporate sales professional to grow our B2B training portfolio.

You will proactively source new corporate clients, identify workforce gaps, and tailor digital tech training solutions. You will negotiate and close training agreements, present proposals, build relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, and business owners, and collaborate with operations to ensure delivery.

Qualificações

• Experience in B2B sales, corporate training sales, or related fields.
• Willingness to undergo comprehensive training if lacking industry experience.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Confident engaging C-level executives, HR leaders, and business owners.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, performance-driven, and target-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively source for new corporate clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Identify business challenges and workforce gaps, and recommend suitable digital tech training solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and customised proposals.
• Negotiate and close corporate training agreements aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal operations and training teams to ensure smooth programme delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends, funding schemes, and industry developments.
• Managerial scope: Develop account growth strategies, manage key enterprise accounts, and contribute to sales planning initiatives.
