OOM PTE. LTD. is seeking an Associate in Sales to kickstart a career by learning the ropes while contributing to business development in Singapore. You will engage with prospective corporate clients and support the sales team with outreach and qualification activities.

You will cold-call potential clients, qualify leads, and set appointments, while maintaining accurate CRM records. Strong telemarketing, communication, and email skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong telemarketing experience required.
• Exposure to inside sales, telemarketing, or cold-calling is a plus.
• Proficient in drafting and responding to professional emails.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Conduct cold calls to introduce training courses to potential clients.
• Engage with business decision-makers to identify opportunities.
• Qualify leads by understanding training needs and recommending courses.
• Secure appointments for the sales team to present programmes.
• Maintain records of calls and outcomes in the CRM.
