RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a sales/business development professional to expand our ACMV/M&E/building services portfolio from our Jurong West base.

You will manage existing customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and coordinate with technical teams to tailor solutions for B2B and B2C clients. The role requires 4+ years in sales or business development within building services or related sectors, with a valid Class 3 driving licence and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate, NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in ACMV, HVAC, M&E, building services, facilities management or construction preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence required.

Responsabilités

• Manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities across B2B and B2C markets.
• Build relationships with facility managers, building owners, contractors and procurement teams.
• Conduct customer visits, site surveys and sales presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and maintenance contract submissions.
• Develop and manage the sales pipeline to achieve business growth.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for maintenance and project services.
• Assist with tender preparation, submissions and sales follow-ups.
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
