Qualifications

• Strong telemarketing experience
• Experience in inside sales or telemarketing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential business clients to introduce training courses and solutions.
• Engage with business decision-makers to identify opportunities for further discussions.
• Qualify leads by understanding corporate clients’ training needs and recommending suitable courses.
• Secure appointments for the sales team to present training programmes to prospective corporate clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointment outcomes in the CRM system.
