Job summary

Client Confidential - Start-up in IT Solutions and Services is seeking a senior sales professional to drive growth by engaging prospects within your network and client base, promoting the company’s offerings based on customer needs, and delivering a positive customer experience.

You will refer new customers and close sales alongside the Sales Director, maintaining relationships, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Senior professional with more than 10 years of sales experience, preferably in IT solutions and services, or with a strong understanding of IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective customers and follow up on sales leads to generate new business opportunities
• Explain product and service offerings clearly to customers and respond to their enquiries to facilitate informed decisions
• Prepare accurate basic quotations, maintain sales records, and provide timely customer updates to support sales processes
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to identify and secure repeat sales opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and effective customer follow-up
• Work proactively to help the sales team achieve new customer base and participate in sales development activities
