The role emphasizes business development, account planning, and collaboration with Operations to ensure service excellence and timely payments. A diploma/degree and 2–5 years B2B sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing or sales.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in pest control, facilities management, or related industries preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Visit customers to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service for service delivery.
• Monitor pipeline and provide forecasts.
• Drive customer satisfaction and timely payments.
