Job summary

Render Private Limited is seeking a proactive sales professional to develop and manage B2B accounts in Singapore. You will handle the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, visit clients, and follow up to identify opportunities, while building strong relationships with internal teams to ensure top service.

Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, with a self-driven, target-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or high school diploma is required.
• At least two years of relevant work experience in related fields.
• English is required; Mandarin ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and grow accounts within the assigned territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, closing and after-sales follow-up.
• Conduct client visits, meetings and follow-ups to identify business opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships and coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver the best service.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and warranty matters professionally.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records with proper documentation.
• Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis, competitor tracking and weekly or monthly reports.
• Support strategic sales plans aimed at exceeding revenue and margin targets.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars and customer visits.
