Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Development professional in Singapore to drive outbound prospecting and qualify new business opportunities.

You will engage SME owners via cold calls, emails, WhatsApp and social channels to schedule product demonstrations and build a robust pipeline. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales roles, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho CRM.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, Telemarketing or B2B Sales.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Self-motivated, resilient and eager to learn.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho CRM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage SME business owners through cold calling, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across industries including F&B, Retail, Beauty, Healthcare, Professional Services and more.
• Understand customers' business operations and recommend suitable payment and POS solutions.
• Schedule qualified appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive follow-ups.
• Update prospecting activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to support outbound campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
