Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Merchant Acquisition professional in Singapore to drive outbound sales and identify SME opportunities. You will engage potential merchants across industries, understand their needs, and present EPOS solutions to close deals.

You will qualify leads, coordinate product demos, and collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaigns while maintaining up-to-date CRM records and nurturing relationships for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to SME businesses through cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
• Identify and connect with potential merchants across industries such as F&B, Retail, Beauty, Healthcare, and Services.
• Understand customers' business needs and recommend the right POS and payment solutions.
• Introduce EPOS' products and services to prospective customers.
• Qualify leads and arrange meetings or product demos for the Merchant Acquisition team.
• Keep CRM records up to date with customer interactions and sales activities.
• Follow up with prospects to build relationships and generate sales opportunities.
• Work closely with the Marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
