Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Merchant Acquisition specialist to reach out to SME businesses using cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other outbound channels.

You will identify potential merchants across F&B, Retail, Beauty, Healthcare and Services, qualify leads, and arrange product demos for the Merchant Acquisition team while keeping CRM records up to date. This role partners with Marketing to boost campaigns and stay ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to SME businesses via cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
• Identify and connect with potential merchants across F&B, Retail, Beauty, Healthcare and Services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right POS and payment solutions.
• Introduce EPOS products and services to prospective customers.
• Qualify leads and arrange meetings or product demos for the Merchant Acquisition team.
• Keep CRM records up to date with customer interactions and sales activities.
• Follow up with prospects to build relationships and generate sales opportunities.
• Work closely with the Marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
