Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a driven Membership Specialist to grow the organisation's corporate membership base through active prospecting, relationship building and conversion. This role is based at Paya Lebar Square in Singapore, with standard hours 8:30am-5:30pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, and a 2-year contract.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, build a strong B2B pipeline through cold outreach and events, engage senior decision-makers, HR leaders, and drive membership

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in B2B sales, business development or client engagement.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong prospecting and cold outreach mindset.
• Confident engaging with C-suite and senior HR stakeholders.
• Self-driven, results-oriented and able to work independently.
• Experience in industry associations or membership organisations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full membership recruitment cycle from prospecting and engagement to conversion and onboarding.
• Build a strong B2B pipeline through cold outreach, referrals and industry events.
• Engage and influence corporate decision-makers, HR leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Drive membership growth and consistently work towards sales/KPI targets.
• Track pipeline and conversion performance and provide insights to improve outreach strategies.
