Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Membership Specialist to drive corporate membership growth through B2B sales and strategic outreach. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers and converting prospects into members.

You will manage full recruitment cycles, build a robust pipeline via cold outreach and referrals, and work toward ambitious sales KPIs while occasionally engaging C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Relevant experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Client Engagement or Account Management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong prospecting and sales mindset, with confidence in conducting cold calls and outreach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives and senior HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full membership recruitment cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement through to conversion and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong B2B sales pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, networking and industry events.
• Identify and engage potential corporate members, including HR leaders, senior management and key decision-makers.
• Conduct sales presentations and communicate the value and benefits of membership to prospective clients.
• Drive membership acquisition and consistently work towards sales and KPI targets.
