Job summary

KEYC Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing Senior Executive / Supervisor to lead B2B marketing, drive lead generation and sales enablement from the Kallang area. The role emphasizes data-driven execution, dashboard reporting with Excel and Power BI, and collaboration with Sales Engineers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years in marketing or engineering-adjacent roles, strong leadership, and proactive problem-solving skills to propel sales performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related fields prioritized.
• Excel proficiency; experience building reports & dashboards with Power BI/Tableau or Power Automate is a plus.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in marketing or in engineering (technical or sales roles).
• Demonstrated leadership to set direction, guide sales priorities and drive execution.
• Proactive in proposing ideas for sales performance improvement and curious to investigate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee B2B marketing activities, including promotional planning, lead generation and sales enablement.
• Possibility of OT and overseas travel (overnight) for events/campaigns.
• Execute marketing activities based on data-driven results with accurate implementation and information management.
• Focus on measurable results and objective performance evaluation.
• Organize sales and customer data and create/update reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI for the sales team.
• Identify new industries and potential markets (e.g. semiconductors, robotics).
• Refine in-house database and maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• Identify customer issues and propose next steps connecting to Sales Engineer.
• Use reports and data analysis to reveal hidden sales potential.
• Direct and manage sales administration staff to ensure smooth operations.
