Job summary

ShelfPerfect is seeking a Business Development Manager in Singapore to grow the pipeline, win and onboard local brands in Singapore and Hong Kong. You will be part of a small, fast-moving team, working hands-on to drive growth and maintain strong client relationships.

You’ll use LinkedIn and email outreach, manage proposals, and keep our CRM in Notion up to date while collaborating with operations and leadership to expand our market presence.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in B2B sales, business development or account management.
• Experience in FMCG/retail or startup preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the pipeline by maintaining a fresh lead database for SG and HK.
• Run LinkedIn and email outreach, convert replies to meetings.
• Join discovery calls, close local brands, and manage proposals.
• Maintain CRM in Notion and keep sales materials up to date.
