Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a highly motivated B2B event management professional to join the Clients and Markets team. This hands-on role plans, organises, and executes physical, hybrid, and virtual events, coordinating with government and industry leaders.

You will manage relationships with stakeholders, track budgets, and ensure events align with business goals. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Event Management, 2–3 years of event experience, and familiarity with Webex, GlobalMeet,

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Event Management or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in planning and executing events, preferably in a professional services or B2B environment.
• Familiarity with webinar platforms: Webex, PGI GlobalMeet, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and execute events (physical, hybrid, and virtual).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring event objectives align with business goals.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders throughout project phases.
• Efficiently manage time to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors under the Events lead.
• Track and manage event inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Coordinate event setup, including venue selection, catering, and AV support for events and webinars.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
