Job summary

Conexus Studio Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a commercially minded Marketing & Communications Manager to strengthen our brand presence with clients and industry partners.

You will lead integrated campaigns, social media, email marketing, events and partnerships, collaborating with content, digital and country teams. This role blends hands-on marketing delivery with strategic planning to coordinate regional activity across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least three years of relevant marketing experience, including B2B campaigns and independently managing events or marketing projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver campaigns translating business priorities into audiences, messages, channels and measurable objectives.
• Manage social media and email marketing calendar, copy, audience engagement and reporting.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to adapt project stories into engaging marketing materials.
• Lead events from concept to delivery, including budgets, suppliers, and follow-up.
• Develop marketing collaborations with clients and industry partners to extend reach.
• Coordinate regional campaigns with Thailand and Malaysia teams to adapt for local audiences.
