ASMPT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Marketing to lead the planning and execution of exhibitions, conferences, customer events, seminars, and webinars.

The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders across regions to translate business requirements into organized marketing activities. This hands-on professional will manage event projects independently, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure deliverables, timelines, and budgets stay on track.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in B2B exhibitions, conferences, or customer events.
• Experience in the semiconductor, technology, manufacturing, or industrial sector is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage events independently, from planning through to execution and reporting.
• Strong internal stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions, regions, and levels of seniority.
• Strong project management skills, with close attention to detail, budgets, and deadlines.
• Experience managing agencies, contractors, vendors, and event organisers.
• Clear and effective written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare invitations, presentations, and promotional materials.
