Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Singapore to develop new business opportunities within the interior design and construction sector. You will engage with interior designers, architects, and contractors, promote acoustic and building material products, and manage project leads from enquiry through installation.

The role requires 2–4 years in B2B sales, strong communication, and the ability to read basic architectural drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying or related fields.
• Minimum 2–4 years of B2B Sales/Business Development experience, preferably in building materials, interior fit-out, architectural finishes or related industries.
• Existing network with interior designers, architects or contractors will be an advantage.
• Able to understand basic architectural drawings and project requirements.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors and other industry partners.
• Promote acoustic and building material products to potential clients.
• Identify and follow up on commercial fit-out, office, government and education projects.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations and site visits.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates and product proposals.
• Follow up on projects from enquiry and quotation to order, delivery and installation.
• Coordinate with internal Design, CAD, Warehouse and Operations teams.
• Maintain sales pipeline and develop new leads through networking and industry events.
