MK INTERIOR CARPENTRY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a strategic Sales Director to lead the sales division and drive expansion in Singapore. You will develop and execute sales strategy, lead a high-performing team, and secure large contracts with developers, main contractors, and ID firms.

This leadership role offers autonomy to shape our growth trajectory, a strong commission/profit-sharing incentive, and a senior-level package as the company scales its manufacturing operations in the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7–10 years in sales with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Strong track record in construction, carpentry, or interior fit-out.
• Established network with developers, contractors, and ID firms in Singapore.
• Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage large accounts.
