Job summary

EDUCARE HUMAN CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer specializing in Azure-based SaaS platforms. You will own live service health, lead incident response, drive automation, and improve observability across production systems.

Collaborating with Platform, Development, Security, Support and Services teams, you will reduce operational toil at scale, maintain runbooks, and mentor cross-functional teams, while ensuring SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating scalable SaaS on Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on IIS with .NET applications.
• Strong SQL Server / Azure SQL Managed Instance expertise.
• Monitoring, logging, tracing; Datadog experience a plus.
• Kubernetes and containerization experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork, calm under incidents.

Responsibilities

• Operate, scale, and improve Azure-based SaaS platforms to meet SLAs.
• Maintain infrastructure and participate in on-call rotations.
• Drive reliability through monitoring, alerting, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Platform, Development, Security, Support, and Services teams.
• Develop runbooks, uphold standards, and mentor cross-functional teams.
