Job summary

Solace Corporation is seeking a Senior Cloud Site Reliability Engineer to own daily operations of Solace Cloud across leading cloud providers and platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Kubernetes. You will ensure health, reliability, and adherence to SLAs while designing tooling and automation to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on with Kubernetes in multi-cloud environments.
• Strong Linux, incident management, and monitoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Solace Cloud Services are healthy, reliable, and meet SLAs.
• Design and implement infrastructure tooling, observability, and automation.
• Improve production operations efficiency and reduce errors.
• Handle production incidents in multi-cloud environments per standard processes.
• Process service requests and customer provisioning.
• Manage escalations and drive resolutions in critical environments.
• Work directly with customers to troubleshoot operational issues.
• On-call rotation and 24x7 off-hours support.
