Job summary

EduCare Specialist Services in Singapore seeks an energetic Site Reliability Engineer to own live service health for our Azure-based SaaS platforms.

You will lead incident response, drive automation, improve observability, and collaborate with Platform, Development, Security, Support, and Services teams to reduce operational toil.

The role requires hands-on Azure SaaS management, IIS/.NET, SQL Server, Kubernetes, and strong communication to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating scalable SaaS on Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on IIS and .NET troubleshooting.
• Strong SQL Server/Azure SQL proficiency.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, tracing (Datadog preferred).
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerization.
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate, scale, and improve Azure-based SaaS platforms to meet SLAs.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and participate in on-call rotations.
• Enhance observability with monitoring and alerts.
• Collaborate with Platform, Development, Security, Support teams.
• Develop runbooks and mentor teams.
