SingHealth Group seeks a Senior Executive on a 5-month contract to support cluster award ceremonies, nominations, and outreach for scholarships. You will coordinate nominations for National Day Awards and SingHealth awards, review eligibility, and prepare materials for senior leadership.

You will also manage end-to-end award ceremonies with vendors and HR representatives, ensuring smooth delivery on event day while promoting healthcare careers at schools and external events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply for the Senior Executive position.
• Experience in event management is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• A collaborative team player who can work independently when required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate nomination calls for national and cluster awards, verify eligibility, and prepare materials for leadership review.
• Plan and execute award ceremonies end-to-end with event management companies, vendors and HR representatives.
• Drive outreach and marketing to attract scholarship and sponsorship candidates, develop publicity materials, and manage procurement of gifts.
