Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to lead the administration, maintenance and lifecycle management of our DevSecOps toolchain. You will manage security tools, leverage AI for automation, threat detection and code quality while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

The role requires extensive experience in CI/CD, scripting, and cloud platforms, with a focus on secure, scalable delivery of digital banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on DevOps engineering and tool administration.
• Strong knowledge of SAST, SCA, DAST and IAST methodologies.
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems and scripting (Shell, Python, Groovy).

Responsibilities

• Tool Administration & Maintenance for DevSecOps tools (Blackduck Hub, Coverity, Contrast, Jenkins, SonarQube).
• Upgrades & Patch Management to keep tools secure and compliant.
• Compliance & Security: enforce policies and audit readiness.
• Automation & Optimization: build scripts for config, deployment, monitoring.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: proactive health checks and issue resolution.
• AI Integration: implement AI-driven security and code quality features.
