Job summary

Delta Capita is seeking an experienced professional to manage relationships with agent banks, custodians, and CCPs within regulated environments. You will act as a primary contact for operational issues, escalate where needed, and support regional strategies and change initiatives.

The role emphasizes due diligence, fee reviews, and cross-functional collaboration across global networks to drive service quality and operational excellence in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing relationships with external financial infrastructure providers such as custodian banks, agent banks, CSDs and CCPs.
• Ability to resolve operational issues and escalate where needed with strong partnership management.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in executing regional strategies, driving change initiatives, and resolving operational challenges
• Manage and maintain strategic relationships through regular engagement with Agent Banks, Custodians, and CCPs
• Conduct periodic due diligence reviews to assess service quality, risk, and performance
• Review and evaluate fee structures and service charges to ensure competitiveness and value
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices to support informed decision-making
• Support business growth initiatives and market expansion efforts, including the establishment and closure of external accounts
• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues, ensuring timely documentation, resolution, and implementation of preventative measures through post-incident reviews where appropriate
• Build and maintain effective relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
• Leverage strong communication and influencing skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams, global networks, and external partners
