The Japan Research Institute, Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking an AVP - Private Wealth Assistant Relationship Manager to support onboarding and ongoing client life-cycle service for high-net-worth clients in Singapore.

The role involves transactional support, client onboarding, and collaboration with front office and product teams to deliver seamless service, while ensuring regulatory and internal controls are followed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law or related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in banking, wealth management, or financial services.
• Good understanding of financial products and market dynamics.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English and Hindi are required due to the role’s need to communicate effectively with clients who speak these languages
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CACS 1, 2 etc) are required.

Mansioni

• Assist PWG front office and lead ARMs with transactional activity and onboarding.
• Respond promptly to client queries and coordinate follow-ups.
• Support onboarding pipeline prioritization with timely information sharing.
• Identify process efficiency opportunities and assist change initiatives.
• Adhere to controls for ARMs' processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, suitability, tax, KYC, and AML.
• Maintain updated client records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client service.
