DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Production Support/SRE professional to provide L2 support for Payments, Cash Management, Trade Finance and related banking platforms at DBS Asia Hub in Singapore.

The role emphasizes incident management, RCA, automation, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, infrastructure and operations teams to ensure high availability and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Production Support, SRE or Platform Operations.
• Strong Unix/Linux, SQL (Oracle, MariaDB) and shell scripting skills.
• Hands-on with middleware like MQ, WebSphere, and enterprise platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality L2 production support for mission-critical Transaction Banking platforms.
• Lead incident management, RCA, and cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor system health, performance, capacity and availability to mitigate risks.
• Drive automation and DevOps practices; contribute to SRE maturity and governance.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with security and audit controls.
