The Japan Research Institute, Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking a Senior Analyst/AVP in Planning & Compliance to join the Global Financial Institutions Group, APAC in Singapore. You will support monthly management reporting, budgeting, and KPI tracking while coordinating governance and control activities.

You will leverage advanced Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools including Microsoft Copilot to enhance data analysis, reports, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, banking, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience in planning, finance, business management, operations, compliance, or client service.

Responsabilités

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting on performance, profitability, and resource utilization.
• Manage departmental expenses, including payment processing, reimbursements, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare management presentations, business reviews, and ad-hoc analyses for senior management.
• Utilize Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to enhance reporting efficiency and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate internal administrative matters including travel, seat management, access requests, and onboarding support.
• Assist with compliance governance monitoring and policy adherence in daily activities.
