• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting on business performance and resource utilization.
• Manage departmental expenses including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Assist with KPI setting, performance tracking, and pipeline consolidation.
• Prepare management presentations and ad-hoc analyses for senior management.
• Coordinate internal administrative matters and staff onboarding.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvement projects.
