Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder with relevant experience in retail banking.
• Proven track record in sales within financial services.
• Experience engaging high net worth or international clients.
• Strong sales orientation, networking and prospecting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Able to work independently and under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Self-source and grow relationships for acquisition of new HSBC Premier clients.
• Achieve and exceed financial growth targets for Premier clients.
• Expand external network to maximize client opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to AML guidelines and onboarding requirements.
• Support clients with needs-based banking solutions and digital readiness.
• Drive client wealth growth and digital adoption, including Internet/Mobile Banking.
