• Must have a strong sales track record in a retail banking or financial services environment.
• Experience with high net worth and international clients is advantageous.
• Able to work independently with strong communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Source new customers for Premier Offshore and manage acquisitions.
• Grow relationships for acquisition and referrals of new HSBC Premier clients.
• Achieve agreed financial growth targets for HSBC Premier clients.
• Expand external network to maximize client opportunities.
• Ensure AML compliance and onboarding guidelines are followed end-to-end.
• Support customers with needs-based banking solutions and digital adoption.
