Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Premier Banking Consultant to manage and deepen relationships with offshore Premier clients, delivering wealth and banking solutions across deposits, investments and insurance. You will collaborate with wealth specialists to structure holistic plans, drive AUM growth, and ensure compliance with KYC and cross-border guidelines.

The role requires a Mandarin-speaking professional with strong relationship management, client-facing sales experience, and a track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with experience in relationship management, client-facing sales or wealth/banking services.
• Completion and passing of CFMAS examinations: RES1B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, CHI, BCP, PGI.
• Strong knowledge of Premier Banking, financial markets and wealth products.
• Ability to manage a client portfolio across multiple channels with proactive follow-through.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin language proficiency for engaging Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen relationships with an assigned portfolio of offshore Premier customers.
• Proactively understand client goals and deliver needs-based banking and wealth solutions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management teams to structure holistic solutions.
• Drive portfolio growth through pipeline management to increase AUM and NNM.
• Execute a consistent client contact strategy with timely follow-ups and end-to-end ownership.
• Champion a Digital First approach with remote and digital channel adoption.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and KYC updates adhering to Offshore Sales Processes and risk guidelines.
• Provide regular market updates and portfolio analysis to identify client needs and opportunities.
