Qualifications

8+ years in learning design, delivery and evaluation in a mid to large regional setup.
Experience in financial services preferred.

Experience coaching, employee engagement and culture change is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide learning opportunities to develop professional competencies.
Facilitate strategic learning initiatives that accelerate SMBC's competitive advantage.
Create training platforms, contents and delivery to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Design and deliver learning solutions from Training Needs Analysis to bespoke requests.
Act as program PIC for courses to ensure quality, effectiveness and relevance.
